How we cook:

All our meats are SMOKED & GRILLED — never boiled or steamed. We use NATURAL SMOKE from aged hickory, with a DRY RUB recipe from the owner's Memphis-born great-grandmother. We create BONE-DEEP FLAVOR by vacuum-tumbling, then slow-cook the meat in a rotisserie self-basting smoker. All our sauces and side dishes are HOMEMADE, all from family recipes.

  • Take Rt 6 to Exit 10 (Rt 124)
  • Take Rt 124 S towards Harwich
  • Turn right at the first stop sign
  • The Smokehouse is 1/3 mile on the left - 291 Queen Anne Road
